"During our recent purchase of a new house we were very lucky to come across Rina Brown at an open house. We took an instant liking to her due to her attitude and knowledge of the market. She explained to us exactly how the property market worked, as we were first time buyers in Canada. We explained we were in no hurry and were getting a feel for the market. Rina followed up with us on a regular basis with new listings and was always willing and able to answer our questions. The day we decided to enter the market in earnest, the choice of a realtor was simple, as Rina had already done a lot of work for us and never given up on us. Nor did she loose interest like most realtors when they found out we were not ready to buy. We did not make things easy for her as the market was very quiet and we wanted a house in a certain area and certain price range. Rina sprung into action and was at our beck and call all hours of the day and night. Sending us listings as they came available and setting up appointments to view. For each house we viewed, Rina had done extensive research of other properties sold in the area. On viewing, Rina would help by pointing out all the good points as well as the bad and give us the realistic price. It was only because of Rina's efficiency, that within a couple of minutes of a house coming onto the market, she had an appointment scheduled for later that day. We were the first ones to view and it was exactly what we were looking for. We told Rina we would like to put in an offer. By this time Rina knew us so well and was so confident that it was what we were looking for, that she had prepared the paperwork in advance and all that remained was to fill in the amount of the offer. Rina was also armed with all her research. She worked till 11pm that night running back and forth to close the deal. If it was not for Rina's efficiency, we would not have got the house, as there was so much interest in it due to the fact that it was realistically priced. Not like others that were overpriced due to the lack of listings at the time. Rina's job did not stop there. She ran after us with documents and lists of lawyers movers, painters etc. We engaged a Realtor and landed up with a friend. If you are looking for a realtor that has your interest at heart and does not just want to make a quick buck and run, look no further, you have found her. "
